Mother Helps Children

My mom grew up in West Virginia, child of a coal miner. She loved going to school, even though it was sometimes hard for the family to send her. When she grew up, she began teaching at a school in California, where she uses her ability to find the perfect way for a child to overcome learning difficulties. At 78, she still teaches every day, and cannot imagine a better life for herself.
